Gas prices are on the rise. Our President and elected officials seem to be perpetuating the chaos. It takes more money and energy to recycle, than we gain benefits from said recycling. What are your thoughts?

My thoughts? You bloody American's aren't even paying $1/liter in most places, meanwhile in most of Canada it's at least $1.17/liter. Oh, and 1 liter = 1/4 gallon.

I think we should try to find another source. Petroleum is going to deplete someday too... so, instead of relying so much on petrol, find another alternative.

Gas prices just went up to four-something a gallon. It's called inflation, because it keeps getting bigger, y'know.

And I don't think it will get any lower. Yesterday, my country's government just announced that the petrol's price going to be RM2.70 per litre. Everybody kinda freaked. I think we should accept the fact that petroleum is decreasing in the world. Why can't we accept it?

Yeah, but you have a higher gas tax (I believe) which goes to things like universal health care. We don't have that.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- says-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Oh and RM 2.70 [does not include tax] is about a dollar. A little less, though.

It was a little closer to $1.32/liter here at the time of posting, and has gone up or stayed the same since.

Again, you get more than just your gas for what you pay. We don't have any universal health care.

And the BC provincial government is a bunch of ******** who introduced a Carbon Tax, thus raising the price of everything.
