I have been talking to many of you about the rebuilding effort. Now I think it is time for a quick progress report.
Except for pljunkie (Homicidal Paperdoll's new avatar), none of the experts are active like they used to be. Pljunkie knows a lot - with her alone we can run the beauty section of this guild.
Right now we're overloaded on the wellness section. I've got enough of you here with indie style and smarts that I can start several emo bands and have a good chance of reaching indie stardom. You guys are amazing. But we do need a bit of balance, and I wish I could get you a timeline on when a fashion expert is going to appear.
Our new members are terrific: Island is a good friend and really good with people. Anzu Tenshi has been a huge support to me already, as has Shattered Life. Sekkole, LuckyPinball and Veovis are all great guys, and have been super nice to me even when I've been nagging them.
And I don't want to forget crayondelion, who put up with me ranting in her comments just now.
I've promoted some of you to crew, anyone who wants to be crew can just ask at this stage. The building phase is mammoth: we do need those experts, we need tons of members, we need to get threads going. I mean, it's a lot. The idea is to create a foundation so that way if one of you goes for a short time, the whole thing doesn't collapse. I want you to have a community you can call your own, that you can learn from and teach in. I can't think of much more that's beautiful, or well-ordered.
