I had no problems with Sludge except for the fact that I can't get him to hold his sword, but Swoop was assembled pretty tightly in the chest peices where they were supposed to seperate for the robot mode. I just loosen the screws on the back with a mini-screw driver. Now it moves pretty well. I also couldn't put the bombs/guns on the wings so i used the same mini-screwdriver and drilled out the hole on the wings a bit wider so they would fit. Ooooooooooo thanks for the info!!! I'm still waiting for my local store to have them. Stupid manufacturers took it all to the con and stopped all shipments
