Kamaria walked along the beach, carefully avoiding the area in which she met the rogue male roughly a week before. While she was forcing herself to be busy with meaningless tasks, it was incredibly difficult with limited friends and family to speak with. Senatla seemed to be busy and the cubs were nowhere to be found. With a light hearted sigh, the lioness figured she might have to mingle with the locals in order to preoccupy her time. Kamaria was never very good at socialising.
The small lioness strolled through the strangers, looking for the perfect one to spark a conversation. Just what would she say? When she was almost ready to turn back and return to the den, a brightly colored lioness stood out from the rest. Around her neck were a variety of beautiful shells. Curious, Kamaria slowly approached, clearing her throat to start conversation.
"Ahem," She began quietly. "Good Morning. I'm Kamaria, a new member to the pride." By the way she spoke, it was clear that she was relatively new and didn't know very many others of the pride. With a shy expression, she added, "I was just hoping to meet a couple new faces".

Neoni'liga was busy indulging in her favourite hobby, shell hunting, when she was greeted by the pale lioness. Looking up, she smiled warmly and gave a polite bow of her head. "Good morning!" The brightly-coloured lioness was always happy to meet new members, as it pleased her greatly to see the Pride grow in size. "I'm Neoni'liga, pleased to meet you!"Not far from where Neoni'liga was stood, Penda'ji lay curcled up in the sand. He still hadn't gotten over the loss of his biological mother, and was still extremely fragile. As a result, he kept to himself, and hardly ever took his eyes off his foster mother Neoni'liga.
When she was approached by another lioness, Penda'ji lifted his head curiously. Despite his timid nature, he had grown attached to the happy blue lioness, and almost always feared for her safety because of what had happened to his mother. For one so young, he had many issues to deal with.

Kamaria quickly noticed that the bright lioness was looking for more shells. Perhaps it was a relatively common hobby to collect shells and create necklaces - she had met another member of the pride who shared that interest. Whatever the case, Kamaria was very glad to see that Neoni'liga, as she was called, greeted her happily.
With a nod of her own head, the spotted female smiled warmly. "It is a pleasure to meet you too. I am Kamaria. I wish to join this pride, but have yet to speak to the King." She worried that she was being awkward with conversation, but hoped not.
While waiting for the other lioness to continue conversation, Kamaria couldn't help but look down and spot a bold, pink and white cub kept to himself. He had gorgeous aquamarine colored eyes and bubble markings on his hip. With a giggle, the lioness bowed to the cub as well and offered greeting, "I almost missed you there. I am Kamaria, it is nice to meet you as well."

Neoni'liga continued to smile as the white lioness returned her introduction. "Kamaria? That's a really pretty name." She beamed, her crimson eyes also admiring the lioness' gorgeous pale coat. Although the blurple lioness adored her own bright colours, she was also a huge fan of the more natural colours that most lions carried.
As she went on, it was revealed that Kamaria was a possible member. Again, that made Neoni'liga happy, as she wanted more than anything for the Pride to grow big and strong. "That's wonderful! As long as you have something to contribute, I'm sure the King will welcome you."
When the lioness' attention moved to Penda'ji, Neoni'liga looked round, a concerned look on her face. He didn't talk much, even at the best of times, so she was worried that he would simply ignore Kamaria. When she turned back to Kamaria, her smile returned. "This is Penda'ji. He's also hoping to become a member."
Penda'ji watched carefully as the two lionesses talked. He could tell that Kamaria was a friendly lioness, but still, he remained cautious. The only one he could trust right now was Neoni'liga. Without taking his eyes off Kamaria, he got to his feet and went to Neoni'liga's side, pressing right up against her left front leg.
When Kamaria greeted him and Neoni'liga introduced him, he simply gave a small nod of acknowledgement. "Hello." Considering what the cub had been through, it was quite a big step to greet this lioness whom he still considered to be a stranger.
