My least favorite races have to be Dwarfs and Orcs. I had a female Dwarf Hunter on Cairne for a while to quest with a friend and it literally made me feel physically unwell to look at her xd Orcs...meh. They just all look the same. Fun dances though.
Least favorite class is probably the warlock. I have a lvl 24 Undead 'lock on the table for possible deletion. I think she's such a bore to play.
And a $.02 on Blood Elves...give us a third, semi-neutral faction and we'll be happy to get out of your Horde wink .

I hate the Gnomes and the Dwarfs! I mean seriously, what would you say to your friends if you were a Tauren walking around and a shrimp comes around and bash you on the head and kills you. And worst the Gnomes can get pink hair! D:<
I also don't like Priest, I've never made one nor would I. I don't understand how they could fight anything. I'm also a loner on WoW so I pretty much solo with my Paladin, unless I really have to team up with someone.
I'm also going to hate the Goblins just because I want to be a Worgen but I don't want to be on Alliance D:< So I'm going have to tough threw it and make an Alliance character.

Hmm, my least favourite class would have to be Death Knight at the moment. (No offence to any DK players out there)
I just see a lot of people playing them that don't seem to have any idea how to play the class properly.
Least Favourite race, that's a toughie... Personally i've never liked playing dwarves, although i have nothing against people who do. Also i'm not a big fan of female undead, it's their dance!

I hate gnomes. I don't know why, exactly, but whenever I see them I just want to kick them like a freaking football. The need a "punt" command just for gnomes ^_^
As for class, I don't like warrior. I played one up to lvl 50 and I just got tired of it. There isn't enough action with warriors. Maybe at higher levels they're better, but I got tired of having crappy dps and spending most of my time trying to get enough rage to do something.

I'm soloing a priest right now, and it's really not that tough. Power word shield is great, and they have a spell that gives them 828 armor (at lvl 30.. it goes up with each rank) so I get plenty of armor. Plus I can heal myself at the drop of a hat! ^_^

I hate Orcs. The males remind me of an ex-boyfriend. As far as class I hate Shamans. I never got the hang of Totems.
