It really saddens me that people these days would rather rat out their clan mates for the small chance of some thanks from jagex than keep their friends happy and let little things slide.
It's just pathetic in my eyes.

But seriously, you're better off just not playing runescape if you're muted. Go play the real life MMORPG smile . Or, if you really feel like playing some sort of RPG, go play Deus Ex or Neverwinter Nights 2.
