Like Girly said, it's basically an intro to A Fever. And it's also about "the scene" and music artists these days and stuff... And then there's the book reference: the title is a quote from a book by Chuck Palahniuk, and the song supposedly fits the book at parts (I haven't read it though so I don't know).

yea it's about what Poly said but i didn't know about the book thing.but in a way the title makes sense with the song i don't know how but it kinda does.
