Rick cleared his throat and sighed. "Wonderful. Best I've ever had." He left what he knew was the standard percentage tip. Almost a math genius, he'd already figured the meal price, percentages, taxes and tip. Then he laid down a quite generous tip. Unfortunate that it was all he had left, save for just a ten dollar bill. Fortunate that it was the last thing he'd need to pay for this day. "After dinner mints," the waiter offered. Rick certainly was going to take one. The place was pricey. "Are you ready, Cat?"

Cat declined the mint, not liking the taste of them usually and nodded that she was ready. She fully enjoyed the meal however, and was very grateful to Charles for the date.

"Alright then." He got into the limo, keeping minor conversation with her at the least. The ride seemed much shorter than the opposite way. Once at the destination, somewhere close to her apartment ((Forum Switch)) he eagerly got out. "Is there anything you want to do or say now that nobody's watching?" he whispered to her, while she was still in the limo. Nobody could hear. "I think it a good idea since I've got something to confess myself."

Rick was taken away after beign attacked. He was in serious condition, and might not have lived. The secret retreat he had in Laernu Town had medical bases for him specifically, and for limited access by those he commanded. The rule was that if Rick was in the building, it was strictly off-limits. It couldn't hold many, anyway.
Rick's fists clutched tightly, and when they weren't, he was holding his wound. His eyes, most disturbing of all, were wide open. The doctors assessed him. "Lethal stab-wound in the stomach area, possible seizure, and hallucinations." Rick stammered "D-dead...He's de-dead...Back f-from th-the grave! The man...the man wh-who took y-your son!" He spoke to his uncle, who now was wide-eyed. "He's not hallucinating!" They were both scared to death. A deadly faction member was back from the grave, it seemed.
