Is the Black Bowtie a prom Item? I only saw 1 on the market for a Million gold, & there was less than a month of data.

The name is "Black Bow Tie" with a space. My theory: it was a hard level Item.

No.. it's not a prom item. o__o
It looks like the Blue Bowtie and Red Bowtie from H.R Wesley except it's Black. Those can only be equipped by males, I searched in tektek. It's only available from the Gaian Formal Ball of 2003.
Yikes, no wonder it's expensive.. but who would pay for so much.. o__o That price is insane.
