If you've read my past posts in the general subforum, you may note that I've already selected Norway as my place of refuge if Mr. McCain somehow takes the election this November.
He may be the most liberal conservative we've had run in a while, but I'm willing to bet he'd rally the fundamentalist right better than Bush ever did.

I'm not surprised that the USA is so low on the list... and that its minimum percentage of atheists is the lowest.
