On second thought, here's some tips:
1) Advertise - look at internet! There's a lotta ways to advertise!
2) Special features - Do something no one could without breaking rules
3) Uniqueness - What makes you stands out
4) Constant communication - wanna keep loyal, active members? Keep communicating with them. Keep em happy and make sure they respect you.
