I NEED WRITERS!!!!
Last issue I barely hit the deadline because, being the procrastinator that I am, I held off most of the issue until three days before.
Don't get me wrong, I did my research, and made it as comical as I could. But I can't do it all on my own. I'm sure some of you are thinking "This guy makes history seem like a joke! I want someone who'll make a serious article!"
By all means, post here, PM me, anything! But I need writers, and I'm willing to accept anyone. I need to make this newsletter into something more realistic. Not some blog by a lonely thirty-four year old who lives with him mom*.
My goal is this: By the end of May, Currently in History is going to be a weekly newsletter, not tri-weekly. It'll make things more...interesting. We'll even be able to branch out into more subjects; current events, stupid/genius historical people, editorials, whatever!
And, the more writers I have, the more comical reviews I'll be able to write. Hell, I'm willing to accept another reviewer.
Just saunter on over to the thread titled "The Team", and post what you'd like to be or any ideas you'll have for the next issue.
*Note that I am not a thirty-four-year-old who lives with him mom...I'm a fifteen-year-old who lives with his mom.
