Level 15-20 instance with some pretty cool loot.
the first instance you'll ever run, get familiar with them, as its pretty much what raidings like.

Deadmines is the most amusing instance I think I've ever played, loads of cool loot for every class, if your alliance getting a group is extremely easy.
Instances also help you learn how to play your character in different situations and meet new people. They're a great way of fun leveling smile

 Deadmines.... I hate that instance. xD I'd suggest being lvl 15 before going though.
There are some nice quests for Alliance, one being the The Defias Brotherhood,
it has some nice rewards.
Oh and just a little advice when you start looking for a group...
VC stands for the Deadmines, not DM... DM is Dire Maul.

Deadmines is a relatively fun instance, like it was stated above, level range is 15-20, but no, it is not an example of what raiding is like. If your a miner, you struck gold!*metaphorically speaking* But yeah, VC has many veins of ore in it, and if ya are leveling up Tailoring/First Aid, all humanoid mobs, so a buttload of cloth drops each run. Hope that helped, ask for more info about it biggrin
