Clan: Nuvola
In ancient time, this clan was feared by many clans. Out of fear, an army of shinobi tracked down all the members of this clan and slaughtered them. The few that managed to escape from their enemies’ claws went into hiding in, Kumogakure. Many years went by and the Nuvola clan eventually became one of the greatest shinobi clans in all of Kumogakure.
When the Last Great Shinobi war took place, the Nuvola clan killed shinobi after shinobi, until all eyes were set upon them. Villages sent mass amounts of shinobi after them, but none were successful in killing this clan.
The clan eventually fell in love with there own power. When killing other countries shinobi weren’t enough, they set their eyes on their own comrades. Eventually, word reached the Riakage about their transgressions, and he ordered for their immediate removal. When the clan returned from the war, they thought fame was in store for them, they were wrong. They were ambushed by their fellow shinobi. Even with all their power, they fell to the great strength of the Kumogakure shinobi.
Through all the bloodshed, a single clan member escaped with her new born baby. Knowing that her death was imminent, she entrusted her baby with an old family friend; hours later, she died of fatal wounds.
Training the young Nuvola in the ways of the shinobi, he eventually mastered his bloodline, bringing the clan alive once more.
Bloodline: Denkou
The once great bloodline of the Nuvola clan; in which the user is able to see the magnetic field around objects. The members of the Nuvola clan were able to extract the electricity from the magnetic field and use in their fighting.
With this power, they are able to form physical electricity around their body, making barriers, weapons, and more.
Keishu uses this power alongside his Taijutsu. He is able to form electricity into his hands to enhance his fighting strength and also into his feet, making him unnaturally fast. He uses a combination of lighting and taijutsu to deliver powerful attacks.

Able to see the magnetic fields around all objects, making him not only able to see, but to see his opponents through, mist, water, and earth.

Those who are able to master this bloodline are able to use it's most powerful attack, Negate Energy. Negative energy forms into his fists. The negative energy is able to numb body parts for hours.

Bio: Keishu is the last members of the great clan, Nuvola. After his clan was assassinated, he was placed in the hands of a great swordsman and Taijutsu master, Toyshiro.
When Keishu was young, he lost his eye sight while unknowingly using his own bloodline limit, making him unable to use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. Through his bloodline, he is able to see the magnetic fields around all objects, making him able to see up to a point. With this ability, he began to learn Taijutsu. With his ability to pinpoint an enemy, he was able to master not on his bloodline, but his master’s taijutsu stance.
Years went by and Keishu’s rage grew even stronger. His hate towards Kumogakure for killing his clan was unbearable. When he was twenty, he left Toyshiro’s haven, and set out towards Kumogakure. When he reached the village, he slaughtered everyone who got in his way; eventually making his way up towards the Raikage’s palace. When he confronted the Raikage, Keishu slaughtered him without a second thought. With the Raikage’s blood still on his hands, he pronounced himself, Raikage.
For the past sixteen years, he has ruled over Kumogakure, waiting for the day when he can rule each country.

Clan: Fubukibanjin (Savage Snow Storm in Japanese)-
The Fubukibanjin are a nomadic clan having been seen throughout history in many lands across the world. They have never stayed in one place for more then a century, always on the move. Within their history a deep relationship with the animals of a more tundra like environment can be seen. Upon entrance into the academy each member of the clan is to choose one animal out of three to be their companion. This animal is either the white snow fox, the polar bear, or snowy owl. Generally the animal the clan member chooses does reflect their own personality. The snow fox are for those who are quick and rely on speed to fight. The polar bear is obviously for those who are strong of body. Lastly the owls are for those who rely more on intelligence and cunning. The clan member will usually build a strong bond with these animals and can even talk to them through a mental connection (later the animal can learn to speak as well). All the animals are given to the student are given to them during the animals’ younger years so that they may grow as their master does.
The primary purpose of the animal companion is to aid in combat. However, as time passed on there happened a unique occurrence. Through some form of adapting the members of the Fubukibanjin were able to utilize jutsus that would modify their bodies in some way in the likeness of one of the three animals. The shinobi are able to access these forms however, learning them is difficult. A shinobi can only learn one form per their increase in rank. One at genin, one at chuunin, and finally one at jounin. The downside to the transformation is that other then general techniques that one can perform alongside their animal companion the user is unable to perform any other ninjutsu and genjutsu until they transform back to their normal form.
Bear Form (translate later)-Form usually used during combat the nails on the user’s become sharper and their strength is increased two times. However, they do become a bit slower.
Fox Form (Translate Later)-The user crouches on all forms and their nails become more sharpened. Their speed almost increases two times and their sense of smell becomes heightened. Their strength it weakened.
Owl Form (Translate Later)-The user’s eyes become that of an owl’s so that not only can they see in the dark, but also for long distances. This form is obsolete during the daytime since an owl’s eyes are unused to the sun.
Mole Form- The user's hand signs have been increased. The mole form is best used under earth/water/etc. as the eyes temporarily are lost due to the mole's original blind state.

Bio: Delieverance was one of the first of his kind (That being the mist) to be trained by the Crimson Blizzard, Fubukibanjin Katsu. He noticed the small invasion of Katsu's people but rather than defending his home he aligned himself with the stronger killing not only several friends of his but his own parents as if they did not matter. He is no longer held for his actions as they tend to result in firing his cold heart and a bloody justice.
Katsu took him under his wing teaching him as much as he could before passing by Delieverance's hand himself. Rather than being a battle hidden or kept in secret this battle was his initiation and acknowledgement of the disgrace he still kept into the Hyouton name.
Two hours passed before the climax of the fight where a lack of chakra from Katsu became Delieverance's advantage as Katsu's technique of the Twin headed Hydra transformed his eyes from a deep golden to Katsu's Ice blue eyes somehow transferring his reserved chakra to Delieverance smiling before he is incapitated by the teeth of the ice hydra and drowned within the waters head. His body is now kept in the middle of the village of heroes within the same water hydras head. Delieverance passes by bowing and smiling not only at his master but his most difficult milestone yet.

Koori Waku No Jutsu [Ice Slide Technique]

Description: A useful technique for dodging or maneuvering around upon the battlefield. As long as their is a small amount of water located near or around the users feet they are able to force chakra through their feet and instantly freeze the moisture and use it as a slide of sorts. This technique makes the water stretch out and create ice for the user to slide upon as long as their is sufficient amount of moisture. This jutsu can be used to avoid oncoming techniques and attacks, or just for moving quicker than one is normally able to run.

Hyouga Kassha No Jutsu [Glacier Block Technique]

Description: By freezing a moderate amount of water the user is able to create a ten foot tall and ten feet wide block of ice. The block by itself is very hard and can withstand various attacks. [Obviously cannot withstand Katons]. By using the small amount of wet ice near the bottom of the block the user is able to move the block towards the enemy or position it so that it can withstand a fair amount of damage.
Koori Chiyu No Jutsu [Ice Healing Technique]

Description: A very helpful jutsu when a shinobi has been injured and has no other way to close off a wound. By using moisture in the nearby area the user is able to place this moisture over a bleeding and wound and cause the ice to seal itself over the injury. This will stop the bloodflow from a wound and thus create a bandage of ice that is entirely flexible. This is not a permanent healing, but it is quite useful when one is in danger of losing a substantial amount of blood.

Description: A very deadly jutsu that involves manipulating the atmosphere above an opponent. Unknown to the target, moisture above then begins to form into large and sharp spears. These spears then descend down upon the opponent in a large hail of sharpened ice weaponry.

Hyou Bunshin no Jutsu [ Ice Clone Technique ]

This Ninjutsu technique uses ice as its base for creating the clones. Each clone is one tenth as powerful as the ninja using it and has a limited range it can move away from its creator. Like the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique), this clone can attack as if it were the ninja them self, and one hit will destroy it.

It Take many complicated hand seals to perform but is worth it. This technique raises snow from underground and turns it into one big wave of snow this snow wipes across the landscape attacking its opponent from all angles with the snow. It follows the opponent or opponents because it is a wave that is about 1 mile long and 1/2 mile high. It chases down its opponent when it finally catches its opponent it buries them deep under ground about 10 feet or so until they die. This technique requires lots of chakra.

It will begin by creating a giant ice barrier, which will surround the user, or desired target. for the mighty gaurd technique, the user will then summon a water barrier in beneath the ice barrier. the two will act in a cycle feeding off the other. as the ice is chipped away, water will fill in through the cracks, and re form into ice, at a high speed, and keep the barrier strong, not allowing any attacks in. as well, the ice barrier can send spikes from the outer walls, and reform from the water, for those who venture to close, or can fire them, for those who stay back.
The grand prison technique is almost the exact opposite in theory. Instead of place the water barrier beneath the ice, it surrounds the outer layer of the barrier, and thus keeping the target inside. As well, spikes can form from the ice wall, or fire from the ice wall, and pierce the target within. Both techniques are very strong, and only the strongest of attacks can actually penetrate and destroy the barrier itself. This technique is also one which is very draining in chakra, and only those with a great amount of chakra, and chakra control, can use this technique more than once, with minimal consequences on the body.

Description: An ultimate defense of the Mist Shinobi, Suiton Suijinheki requires a great deal of water to work, or mastery of the appropriate level of Mizu Soujuu. Upon completing the technique, a large, swirling barrier of water surrounds the user and any nearby allies. This protects against any fire technique, as well as any ninjutsu that are projectiles by nature. Attempting to breach the barrier with taijutsu is self-defeating, the opponent who attempts to do so will find himself being whirled around the barrier and slammed into the ground several times throughout the duration of the technique as he is caught in its strong current.

Description: A Genjutsu technique where the ninja targets a mass of people and puts them to sleep. Illusory feathers appear to rain upon them, and they will then fall into a deep slumber. It takes quite a lot of focus to target many people at once.

JollyDevil The sun was shining a beautiful glow this morning, at least that's what Keishi wanted to believe. A gentle breeze blew lightly against him making the rays from the sun seem less uncomfortable. The shade from the tress gave a nice, relaxing feel as he walked through the seemingly endless garden of cherry blossom trees. From time to time, he would look up at the sky, just to see if he could imagine what it used to look like.
After many hours of walking through the garden, he felt a slight disturbance among the trees. He could hear a tapping noise in the far distance that was too loud to be an animal. Though his sight way gone from him, his other senses were greater than any normal shinobi. He sniffed the air and his nostrils widened as he caught the putrid smell that was ruining the assortment of flowers that lay around him.
Listening to the tapping noise again, which could only be the footsteps of an intruder, Keishu picked one of the roses, from the vine beside him, and put it to his nose. The sweet smell was enough to rid the horrible smell that lingered in the air around him.
With his free hand, he moved a piece of hair from his face and frowned. After a moment, he finally said, "I know who you are, and you will pay dearly for interrupting my peace. Only someone of Kirigakure could have that awful smell coming from them. So show your face and lets get this over with, I have better things to do with my time than play shinobi with a clown like yourself."
Keishu set the rose on the hilt of one of his blades, which were leaning on a tree not far from where he just was. He then picked one of the sheathed blades up and held it in his left hand. Keishu smirked and with the bottom of his blade, he bumped the tree beside him. The next moment, thousands of pink leaves were blowing all around him. He said to the intruder once more, "Before all these leaves hit the ground, you will be running back to your village with your tail between your legs, just like a good dog should." He then raised his voice, "Now, show yourself!" Seto appeared to melt right through as if his opponent had fallen within a genjutsu. He leans his head digging in his ear with his pinky finger as if clearing a clogged area. Retrieving nothing he quickly brushes the crumbs of his ear onto his pants before walking towards his opponent letting his head swivels side to side of his shoulders. "I ain't even interested in you guy... But since I "Smell" guess I need to give you a real taste of the sea you dillweed... you gotta be shitting me if you think I'm gonna let you get away with that comment pretty boy..."Seto's teeth bare revealing abnormal canine's which extend downwards and then fold inwards. "You wanna die here pretty boy...?"Seto withdraws his Sapphire-crafted sword pointing the tip of the blade of it at his opponent. His eyes retract widely shouting once more at his opponent before charging in a zigzag pattern. "Huh?!?!"

I don't smell that bad which means you're either an Inuzuka or blind... no one has a better sense than them and since you obviously have no dog or wolf nearby that makes you blind... You, my dear friend are out of luck. My name... you'll never know... but you can call me Mizukage... that suits you just fine. Second, we do bathe... but only in blood. But, because I've never bled since I was a child, where I received my scar which I'm sure you can't see, I've never been able to fully reveal my true potential. Since you believe you're worth the fight than lets do it than..."
"Hyou Bunshin no jutsu"
Seto animates three ice clones besides himself beside him. He follows up by exchanging pieces of his clothing with the clones smiling.
"Since you're smell is excelled I'll hide that as well... You're hearing will be impaired now that I'm working with clones and You're without eyes to see me and you won't have to worry about tasting me... I've got your senses covered there guy..."
Two clones dash around the other side of their opponent, one eastbound and one westbound, while the other clone traveled in front of Seto as they dashed straightforward.
"You ain't no Uchiha!!!! Even if you were, the blind ones are completely useless!!! Trust me guy... I'm no where near as bloodthirsty as my peers... but that does not mean I have a problem shedding the blood of a complete idiot who's got no idea who he's up against!!!"
