This is a fun one my ex used to drive me insane with. I loved teasing her by wiggling my toes, so she came up with this evil evil evil game.
The 'lee doesn't have to be tied up, but as always, it helps. Just wake sure there's lots of access to her feet. Once they are comfy and secured, instruct them to start wiggling their toes.
Enjoy the view, and wait for them to get tired. (this usually happens after 10-30 seconds). Whenever the toes aren't wiggling, tickle those feet! If you do it right, they soon won't be able to concentrate on wiggling at all... and will just resign themselves to however much tickling you feel like giving them.
