The wind around this town never dies. The tallest city in the water nation, it reaches anywhere from 25-100 feet out of the water. The housing is also different. The lower half of the houses are made of stone and coral, while the upper, out of the water parts, are made of bamboo, dried kelp, and other land materials. In times of low tide, you can see the change in building material.
There is a sea wall now that holds back the bigger waves from the tower. A huge rock wall that makes the water around the city calm and small ripples from the wind high above.
