Protip: Any money that get defiled in any way, (ie./ rip, too dirty, written on, etc) gets removed from the system by the bank once you pay for something. So I hate to say, as much money is written on, once it's used, unless a store gives it back to someone in change, it will be disposed of.
So yeah, you can do it, but as quickly as you spend the money it will get taken out of the system and replaced. v.v

I often see money with some sort of defiling on it.
