Godfrey, who never had a completely empty wallet, thankfully hadn't grown up all that smarmy or snobby, so he appreciated the fact that it wasn't empty, and knew life wasn't the same for everyone. He liked to pay, not to show anyone up, but because he just could. Money mattered a lot to most people. It didn't to him. So he'd rather they keep their money, rather than he keep his.
"Yeah, I feel that way sometimes. I guess I overdo it too. Um..."
Godfrey walked over to the door and peered outside. The wind had picked up a little, but it didn't seem to have gotten any colder.
"Yeah, I know what park you're talking about. Sounds good, lets go."
He held out his hand to Josh, not wanting to open the door and hold it for him, but only because that'd let the colder air into the warm diner. This way they could go out together.

*Comes back over to the booth where Reg and Josh are sitting, having been talking to Doris for the past fifteen minutes while their food was being prepped by the elderly woman herself. He set the plates down, balancing the three plates fairly easily before sitting back down beside Reg*
Jou two look excited. *Smirks and plucks Reg's phone from the shorter male, reaching over and skillfully yanking Josh's from his pocket to set them aside. Looks very seriously* We will haf a nice dinner, or...I will kill jou both.
Hands. *Holds his palms out to either males expectantly.* We say grace.

Oy! *Tries to snatch for his phone back, but quiets as he listens to the other male, glowering before rolling his eyes and slapping his fingerless glove-clad hand into one of Lo's, black nails grazing the inside of Lo's wrist*

"You know 'Lo you coulda just asked instead of using your ninja skills like that." Josh smiled but obeyed, half because he always listened to Angelo, half because the faster he listened the faster he would get his chocolate chip pancakes.
Gingerly grasps Reg's hand in his left and 'Lo's in his right, bowing his head slightly. He figured that was what you were supposed to do, right? Whatever, he could literally hear his stomach rumble with the smell of all the food in the place. Fried, baked, seasoned.
He didn't bother to question why on earth it was the vampire that chose to believe in God or whatever. He could keep his mouth shut when he knew it was necessary. Usually, at least, he could hold back on stupid questions.

*Gives Reg a questioning look before clearing his throat and looking away, gripping there hands and bowing his own head*
Grace.
*Releases them swiftly, tossing the phones on the table and begins cutting into his own stack of pancakes*
Sorry, in a weird mood. Reg is like....pixie stick to me, maybe. *Smirks again, fangs flashing in his obvious delight at being out with the boys*

Basically ignores the release of his phone for the time being, clearly more focused on the food. He was already sitting with the two people he would really be interested in calling or texting right now anyways.
He moved the butter off to the side of his stack of pancakes, not liking butter really, preferring to literally drown the things with syrup til they became hard to pick up with just a fork. He had to coordinate using both the fork and knife to lift the large dripping piece of pancake to his mouth.
He did this quickly, four or five pieces in his mouth before he really began chewing. He gulped them down, grinning as well. "Who the hell important you texting, we are already both right here, man."

"Oh, you think you're already on my important list, b***h?" he asked, but went back to gliding his thumbs over the cracked screen of his phone, texting fairly rapidly. Violet eyes narrowed before a smile caught his pierced lips.
"S'comin' back to country next weekend. Concert an' ********' all. Don't make plans for Saturday, or I'll ********' gut you." elbows Lo before looking to Josh with narrowed violet eyes, pointing at him.
"You are gong to go to your first official after party, savvy? Also, y' first Cracked Iris concert."

Are jou really sure it's a good idea to go? Jou remember what happened de las' time jou saw each other... *Frowns, nearly scowling as he's ignored by Reg. Looks to Josh and shakes his head*
De lead singer, Iris, is an ex of Reg's. She dump him after three years because of his hang ups. Dey were not touring here in Europe for some time, but now she and de band are coming back and holding a private show for friends and close fans...
I think it's a stupid idea for either of jou to go. We are not the most popular right now an' he *Jerks his thumb at Reg who's still ignoring him* will ******** up an' probably get s**t faced because things will go no further than a kiss from her. Just Like Las' Time. *Half shouts in Reg's ear, laughing when he got a face full of Reg's angry hand, letting himself be shoved back by the smaller male*

Josh continued to devour his pancakes as he listened thoughtfully. They really were some very delicious pancakes. He could never get the batter right when he tried, and was generally just a bad cook. Pancakes were hard though, always coming out too running or just totally burnt.
Josh was about to say how great of an idea it seemed but shut his mouth to let Angelo talk and was happy to continue munching his food instead of making an idiot of himself. Josh figured Reg had many such ex's and was more intrigued than anything. You couldn't avoid someone all your life. Josh tended to think the harder you tried to avoid someone the more often you ran into them.
Josh didn't know what to say either way. He didn't want to look like he was taking sides and really it didn't seem like a bad idea to him. Going to a concert and s**t would be fun.
Josh swallowed the pancake in his mouth, shrugging his shoulders. "Well, seems like... it would be fun and interesting at least. Don't you, uhm... well, either way."

Don't ********' be shy. s**t, say what you ********' think. *Sets his phone aside and occupies himself with his tall glass of soda, sucking down half of it before he slouched back into the booth and picked his phone back up again*
We're going and it's a good idea. Go play somewhere else if you want. 'm tired of this passive aggressive bullshit. Any of you ******** want to talk then ********' say it, s**t.
