Because you said what I was thinking. And I didn't miss the "if," I took it out purposely, note the "...". Do you not know how to quote things properly?

Do you not know how to quote things properly? know how to quote properly, but the way you did it made it seem to me like I said something different to what I actually did say. The "if" was a particularly important part of what I said.

@ Ghost - I twisted what you said to make it fit my needs, haven't you ever written an essay before? You clearly don't know how to quote/are stupid if you couldn't figure out what I was doing. rolleyes

I also know that twisting what people say to fit what you want them to mean isnt quoting, its MISQUOTING. Dont call me stupid just because you're not intelligent enough to be able to express what you feel yourself

Pffft, masters student. I find that highly unlikely considering your poorly composed sentences, you would think that a masters student would be better. But I suppose you could be one of those people who has mommy and daddy pay for everything...Makes sense considering how fast you climbed on your high horse.
So, let me explain it to you in a way you will understand. I used "..." meaning I acknowledged the fact you had written something between the words and had left it out, thus, not a misquote. Duh. Maybe you should try going to a writers workshop, or do they not have those at community college?
