The way I draw it isn't completely right, but this is all I can critique on:
The head is too small for the body? I'm not an expert, and I know my anime style makes me want to draw big heads, but I really think her head is too small for her body.
The neck is kind of turned too much. I made it a more comfortable angle.
I'm not good at drawing shoulder's, so I can't help you there that much.
The arms, you had a good idea of how to draw. But you just needed to try to visualize them in perspective? The way I draw arms again isn't perfect, I'm not good at drawing arms in perspective either. I feel like a hypocrit doing a redline.
I shortened the torso a little too. Girls usually don't have as long of a torso as guys. USUALLY. I know in real life, you'll probably run into a girl with a torso that's as long as a guy's but erm. It's just a suggestion to make her look more girly.
You did a good job of giving her curves. I love curves

You had a really good idea about how to draw the legs too. I just shortened them. Just a little perspective issue again. And yeah, mine aren't perfect either >__<;;;
If you had a ref picture, you could always overlay your sketch over the ref picture and correct yourself like that? I know my redline probably looks nothing like your original ref picture, sorry. >___<;;;
