This drawing-in-progress is actually a request from a friend. She gave me details about it in text form.

I'm still not confident enough with proportions so I'm posting it here.

Red Lines = Body
Purple Lines = Clothes

everything from the waist up looks great! but I suppose if you just putting her in a skirt the legs don't really matter anyways ^_^ I love her hands and the angle of her face.
oh just noticed the neck, its pretty thin for the size of the head. I'd try widening it a little to the left.

other than that its gonna look great when its done ^_^

Well you need too work on your anatomy a bit, since her body and neck look a bit off, out of proportions and such.
Have too disagree with Kerry46 on the leg comment
You have too work on them even if you're going to cover them up with a skirt.
Otherwise the whole picture will ,majorly off.
You should never hide flaws with clothing.
Seriously. I did that when I started drawing and I'm still paying for it.

Good points though,
The face looks very pretty and you are rather skilled at drawing hands.
Seriously, your hands are fabulous.

My personal opinion tells me that the face looks a little over masculin, mostly because the nose is very long.
I am however used to giant eyelashes, which is my main face gender decision. Usually it's male faces looking to feminin, I don't draw any guy over the age of six if I can avoid it...

Wow! You are amazing!! I love the effect with the wind and such... Just... Wow!! The only thing I would say that needs editing is the neck, since it looks a bit thin... But other than that, great job!
