Naruko is a "character" from the manga/anime Naruto.
Naruko is a fan-made name for Naruto's female transformations when he uses his 'おいろけの術, Oiroke no Jutsu' or Sexy no Jutsu to turn himself into a girl. I'm sure the author of Naruto had no idea what kind of box he opened when he wrote that in!

Naruko does not have a standard outfit that she wears because every time she is 'summoned' she is only wearing a wisp of smoke. If you're familiar with the show and you want to draw her wearing that, that's fine (as long as it's okay to post on Gaia!) but otherwise you can give her a pretty dress, a seifuku, or some creative redesign of Naruto's outfit, or anything else you want.
