Please note, however, that ponies really don't change homes all that often and there should probably be a pretty good reason for moving, such as going to live with a mate in another Valley, etc.
There is one exception to this for the moment. Any Flutter ponies gotten in the spring event that are on the Dream Valley cert can be moved to Flutter Valley without RP, since that cert wasn't available until now.
