Mmm, I love teriyaki...especially if I make it. Often times I make teriyaki eel over steamed sticky rice, but most of the time, people would say, "Eew! You eat eel? Its all about chicken/beef teriyaki!" So my question for you is chicken or beef?

i was born in japan and lived there during my childhood years...we mainstream japanese eat eel, seldom chicken or beef. as far as i know, there wasnt such thing as california roll or caterpillar roll...oh well. americanized food is good sometimes.
