No you couldn't, now make a post.
This tournament is really turning out to be a hassle and a lot less fun than I initially prospected.

This isn't intended to cause an uproar within my current match, but I'd like a ruling on the last 2-4 posts to get a better understanding on what the hell is going on between Murdoch v Snow, so that I may better respond and be less indulged to make it even more of a confusing match for later judging, or reply.

Well, I cannot really give a ruling because it's up to Snow to explain what he is doing. That is something no judge can give unless it's a conflict between both parties.

Sorry I used improper wording, but fine I should get on that anyway.

So what happens if I kill somebody?
On the basis that, this person can't really die, and that dieing just means he loses a match.
Because he brings himself back to life, pheonix rebirthing from the ashes and stuff like that.
Does it mean I'll still get disqualified or what?

A kill is a kill is a kill.
The only time I might personally make an exception is when the slain individual is not technically alive in the first place and/or cannot die. Examples would be a robot or a D&D style troll.
