how can you start a paintball team and keep it going

It isn't easy at all. It takes a LOT of hard work and dedication. Ask around on some of the larger forums man, though I hate to say so. I'm sure there are a few in here who could give you worthwhile advice, but I personally haven't had to start one. I've managed a few though, and it isn't easy keeping it together and going.
