I just thought we might need a topic for songs and such. One of my favorite is The Army of Helamen. 2nd favorite would be Love is Spoken here.

I absolutly love the As Sisters In Zion/Army of Helaman EFY medle!! It makes me cry everytime I sing it!!
All the EFY songs from this year were amazing heart
I also love How Great Thou Art and any songs of the restoration! Heck, I love church music in general!!! 4laugh

I could tell you them in dutch but I doubt you would know the song in which I am refering too.
Considering that the Book of Mormon is printed in over 100 languages. You should consider that not everyone will always know scriptural references, gospel words, hymns, primary songs, or talks (in general) in english.
I do not have much of an excuse, being born into the english language. Though I was never one to learn hymn titles til this last year.

there is 1/3 of the book of mormon in braille at the Palmyra visitors center wink ITS AWESOME.....1/3 is 3 HUGE binders.......they didnt have enough room for the whole thing, so they got the first 1/3

Random Family Home Evening moment- We were singing, "I am a child of God" and when we got to, "has given me an eathly home..." my dad sings loudly, "WITH PARENTS KIND OF WEIRD!!!" We were in a 10 minute laughing fit. Afterwards, my bro taught it to the rest of th Primary. At that year's Primary Program, 75% of the kids were singing the alternate lyrics.

ponchogirl Random Family Home Evening moment- We were singing, "I am a child of God" and when we got to, "has given me an eathly home..." my dad sings loudly, "WITH PARENTS KIND OF WEIRD!!!" We were in a 10 minute laughing fit. Afterwards, my bro taught it to the rest of th Primary. At that year's Primary Program, 75% of the kids were singing the alternate lyrics. My dad would so do that so I am going to!

One of my favorites is the Spirit of God, hym two in our book. I also like All creatures of our God and King. Army of Heleman was always one of my favorite primarmy songs.

I love a ton of these songs, but two of my favorites would have to be "If you Could Hie to Kolob" in the normal Hymnal, and in the children's book "I'm Trying to Be like Jesus"
