I saw the replay of the big one from the Nationwide race after I got back from work. Kevin Lepage made one of the most bone headed moves I've ever seen. (I refer to the part coming off pit road when he decided to merge with a pack of cars going twice as fast as him). Anyway, I looked at that, and thought only an idiot would try to blame others for that. And what did Kevin do? Blamed everyone but himself. "In the drivers meeting they told us to stay below the yellow line before turn 1" That doesn't mean you're forced to go above it in turn 1! Use some common sense next time Kevin!

I totally agree, he tried to blame it on the other guys like Carl Edwards by saying that they should have given him room to get on the track. That's what made me mad, because he was so quick to point his finger at everyone but himself. I mean come on even Edwards said he wasn't going to point figners until he saw a replay.

I hope that Lapage gets a nice, hefty fine from Nascar for violating rule 12-4-Z - "Actions on track which can only be described as completely stupid."

That was the stupidest thing that I have ever seen a driver do. Just because they say to stay below the line until you get to turn one, does not mean go on the track with cars going 100 mph faster right behind him. WOW he is stupid.

He apologized to everyone for it after reviewing the tape and even said that it was stupid, i don't think he should be fined because he wasn't intentionally trying to wreck everyone and people ARE allowed to have their own opinions, even if their opinions are incorrect

But people should have common sense too. And Kevin Lepage should have had the common sense not to pull up in front of a huge pack of cars going 100mph faster.

CrossFire43 Thank God! He finally admitted that it was his fault. Ugh... stare Yeah, he finally admitted that after he saw a few replays. That incident is really going to effect his future with what teams will pick him to drive their cars.
