Shi'n blinked over at Jyses and shrugged slightly,
"I dunno, popped into my head when you said you liked purple.. it was different, Drow don't usually like light.. but I thought you might, Jyssies different." he shrugged slightly and moved a few more things out the bag,
"Its food, brought a picnic, Jyssie said he wanted to try cow, I brought cow." he nodded and gestured to a plate of flat bread and cooked beef, some roasted mushrooms as well as a couple of underground vegetables that had been cooked and made into some form of salad.
"Dates have food.. so I brought food.." he gestured at the plates,
"I can cook okay.. especially cow, I cook good cow."

"With protection light isn't so blinding..it's a bit nice like this," Jyses motion to the caves ceiling and the sparkling purple light. "..I know..Not very drowish am I?" Jyses sigh standing awkardly before walking over, looking over the food.
"I did say I wanted to try cow didn't it. " Flatbread, mushroom, vegetables, the cow a rather surprisngly balanced meal. Slowly he sat down mmm. "Do dates have food?" He muttered, trying to remeber the last time he went on a date.

"Bel said so, I had to ask, I didn't really know what I was supposed to be doing for you.." he stated with a small shrug.
"I wanted to make sure I got it right.." Shi'n was contentedly dishing up the food onto the plates he had brought along, and held one out to Jyses.
"There ya go Jyssie!" He stated brightly,
"Its odd, I know, eating with the goggles on, but I'm sure you'll get used to it!" He picked up a strip of the steak and tucked it into a piece of flat bread with a couple of the mushrooms.
"I hope its good."

"Who is Bel?" Jyses muttered, watching Shi'n before he copied him opening the slat bread and slipping mushrooms and strips of steak into the pouch. Eyes dancing in amusement behind the goggles as he nearly missed twice, the goggles did play with is vision. "It's different," he muttered before taking a bite chewing slowly.
He swallowed. "It's good."

"I like cow." Shi'n stated, eating for a little while before deciding to reply to the question.
"Bel is someone who works for our lady like me, he makes things burny burny though, not up on the surface." he smiled in his usual dopey fashion.
"He said he didn't know much, but he knew more than me so it seemed like a good idea.. he said to bring a gift, go somewhere nice, take some food.. so it seems to have been a good plan so far no?" He flopped himself down on the floor, settling a little more comfortably against the flat rock.
"There is some dark wine, watered down a little in the bag if you need a drinkie.." he flicked his attention back to his food again, he was pretty hungery he realised.

"It's different, I never tasted anything like this." He took a other bite, eyes half lidded. "Bel," he paused brow frueling for a moment."A mage then? He sounds like a pyro." Certainly Shi'n met he liked set fire to things. Though that just sounded odd.."Did you mention who you where seeing?" He asked stomach dropping. He wasn't suppose to be dating.
"I'll take that wine," Jyses muttered lifting the bag and took a large mouthful, swallowing.

Shi'n gave the other Drow a slightly bewildered look, why on earth would he tell the psychotic little fire mage who he was dating?
Bel wouldn't really have cared anyway.. he'd just wanted Shi'n to leave him be by that point, he was sleepy apparently.
"Didn't tell him nothing." Shi'n stated, nodding once, looking over at Jyses again,
"Didn't need to, he didn't ask. No point." he shrugged a little.
"Jyssie seems worried, is Jyssie worried..?" He got up and moved a little closer to the other Drow, plopping down again on the floor by his knee's.

"Not supposed to be dating," Jyses's sighed, shrugging one shoulder looking down at Shi'n. "I'm not even suppose to be going by my actual name any more. The matron belives personal ties will lead to disloyalty or something.." THe other snorted. "Im suppose to tell everyone my name is Kai." Jysayne laughed, eyes gleaming. "It doesn't even sound drowish.."
