(Booming voice) Hello Hufflepuffs and welcome to the dueling club! I am your Dueling Captain, Katieinthebox! I am thrilled to see you taking an interest in the art of dueling. Remember, try your hardest, be loyal to your friends, and you will make your house proud win or lose.
I am sure with our hard working spirits and willingness to help others we will dominate the score board! We here at Hufflepuff believe every wizard/witch should be prepared to know how to handle themselves outside of Hogwarts' walls. You never know when you will need to defend yourself from attack or help a friend. I only have a few guidelines for you to follow.
1. When you get ten wins, I will give you a gift. For every ten more duels that you win I will give you another gift. They will be random, but I can almost guarantee they will be worth it.
2. For a particularly good spell that shows innovation, originality, or sheer brilliance I will give a reward. I will reward you for spells that show me you are going above and beyond. Which shouldn't be a problem for us hard workers.
3. For a showing of Loyalty, being unafraid of toil, and/or true friendship, that is truly worthy of praise, I will also give an award.
If anyone needs help with anything feel free to owl me. I will help with spells, ideas, tactics, translation of spells, anything you need to talk about I will listen. That is what I am here for.
Remember this post will change/update when news happens. The list of reward winners will be posted below.
Now go out there and show that Loyalty and Friendship doesn't mean we are Push Overs!For House Appreciation Month I wanted to thank those who have already signed up for The Dueling Club and supporting Hufflepuff. You guys rock.
