It was past midnight and Ghetto was just finishing up the meal of a stray dog. She let the blood soak into her fur, letting out a content purr. Being a vampire made things so much easier. She'd really have to thank that master of hers next time she saw him. Arching her back in quick stretch, she bounded out of the alley and into the dim streetlight. The city was quiet by this time of night, so she wasn't really expecting any company. Then again....she could be wrong. Ghetto's blood-soaked tail twitched with excitement as pranced down the street.

From a dark recess in the alley, a pair of red eyes watched the bloodstained female go. Remiel hadn't expected to see her again. He'd offered to take another as a mate. Offered to take one who wasn't so incessantly violent, one he'd loved since kittenhood. But still... she fascinated him, bewitched him. He had turned her, after all. And after his incredibly convenient disappearance a while back, he felt obligated to at least talk to her. Quietly, he stepped out into the alley, paws barely making a sound. The stench of rotting meat hung heavy in the air, and he could hardly smell her under the carnage. Delicious. In his silkiest voice, he called out. "Lovely evening, no?"

It was a rather boring wait, but she knew he'd come. She knew he was there. A crooked, broken smile alight her features as she twirled to face him. The slightest of snickers escaped her, and she pranced over to him. Oh! Her dear Remiel. How she hated him for taking another as her mate. Not that it bothered her....she loved him all the same. Rubbing up against her love and master's side, Ghetto purred darkly."Master Remiel, it's been so long. Where have you been, leaving me behind to be tormented by all those failures?" Her voice was like venom, her thoughts flickering to that damned Starfire.

His nostrils flared, filled with the scent of blood. "Ask the human," he purred in a low voice. "Anyways, I'm back. Did you kill that dog back there?" She seemed at least somewhat glad to see him. No... this one didn't feel emotions like normal cats. This one... he'd never met one so dark and twisted. And exciting.

Ghetto let out a sputtering purr, as she wound herself around him. Though at the mention of the dog she turned her gaze back towards the alley and grinned."Yes, I did. It was rather pitiful though. Didn't even put up a fight." She pouted softly, rubbing her tail under his chin. She really did miss him, despite the fact that he had ditched her for another. Wasn't like he had gotten rid of her forever, no, she'd be with him until the end of time.
