It looks to me like the guild is slowing down. I mean, I bet people are coming and looking at tutorials, but I don't see many people posting often. (Mayhaps I'm just blind but...)
I want to do something to keep the guild buzzing a bit for a while. Let's hold some kind of festival. With contests and games. I like elimination contests. We could hold several different elimination contests, each with a different theme. We could also hold little games and things and give out prizes (which could be items, gold or pieces of art). Also, for the contests, even if the contestants don't win, we could post a kind of "Hall of Fame" where artists who show exceptional skill, improvement or effort will be displayed. As for the funds, we have over 10,000 members here, right? If we can get their support, and if each of them donate at least 1,000 gold, we could have well over 100,000 gold not to mention items and art. The main problem, though is that the prizes for the contests will pretty much depend completely on donations.
This post was kind of just a flow of thought. I could organize it more, if I was asked. I think it could be loads of fun~
EDIT: You may want to fix the link in the Guild page. It's broken. If you donate to the guild it can only go to subforums, right?

I agree that something needs to be done to make this guild more active. I can't say much since I don't post often, but I haven't really been drawing often either, so I've had no need to post. I do check in fairly often though (generally once a week or more) to see if there are new posts, but there just haven't been any.
Problem is, beside making a ton of posts myself, I don't know how to make it more active. crying
