This is what the batter turned out to look like:

Compared to normal pancake batter, it had quite the cream color to it.
The batter itself was kind of fluffy. More fluffy then normal batter.

The only problem I had with these pancakes was it didn't bubble as much as normal pancakes, so it was kind of hard for me to figure out when would be a good time to flip them.
End result?

Sooooo yum. Not as orange colored as I thought they would be, but they taste like those cookies that taste kinda orangeish, kind of poppy seedish, only the pancakes were fluffy instead of crunchy like the cookies are. No need for syrup, they're sweet enough in my opinion.
And then I made another batch for my parents, and everyone else was like "meehhh" or "Maybe a different flavor would be better.. like apple..", Jen (mikel's girlfriend) says they're kind of bitter.

Next time I'm gonna try apple or some other juice like that.
