Would you rather something like DEB or Rave carry things lolita than Hot Topics.
That's a little funny. All of the skirts I've altered were actually from Rave and Kohl's. I hardly see anything in Hot topic thats worthy of altering- but if I do, I'll get it. Doesn't matter which store it's from as long as it can be called lolita in the end. -nod-
