lol i'll help beat you up xd i'd feel so retarded asking people to do that

I have afriend who has his black belt buddy punch ihim in the stomach as hard as he can to build up resistance, and to build abs better. Personally that ios too extreme for me at the moment.


yeah....are you sure he didnt get punched a few too many times in the head? xd

I have my friends (of equal size) stand on my stomach while I do situps


thats different to asking them to beat the s**t out of you though

Well before my body got to punching he started with a medicine ball durring sit ups. He would have people bounce it off his stomach during sit ups.It is a resistance exercise. He just built it up so that when he tenses his stomach he can take one hell of a punch. I don't really mean thta you should get the s**t beat out of you, like all things in martail arts it takes time.

Then you have taken some, and built up resistance. You aren't just impervius to an body shots by magic it is something you have to expirnce. I know i can't hurt my hand punching someones becuase i practice on door frames and wooden posts etc. it is mostly a mental satte

I have my belt testing/ beat down coming up in a week and i have to b able to take a hit or really a few really hard blows to the body. I have to condition and train my body so i can take the punch or kick of a black belt without getting badly hurt. Do u have any ideas on how to condition and train my body?
