Since I'm entering a new grade (therefore moving on to a new school), this concert is going to be quite hard. The last spring concerts I'm performing in my school! I'm going to miss it, especially my music department. They're my favorite teachers. ^_^ Here's what I'll be doing: Select Chorus: "The Journey", "Hush! Somebody's Callin' My Name", and another song TBA
Concert Chorus: "Shenandoah", "Wade in the Water" (I'll be on piano for that one), more songs TBA
Jazz Band: Blue Bossa, other songs TBA
Concert Band: Nemesis, Highlights from Fiddler on the Roof, Barnum and Bailey's Favorites, Plaza de Toros, Crazy Train

personally, my last concerts have never been really that difficult. they're usually more pieces that are fun to play and we can fool around with without being graded. I think the hardest piece we did for an ending was Divertimento for Winds and Percussion, followed by Rocky Mountain Holiday, which in itself wasn't that hard. Divertimento was deliciously difficult, though, even as we managed to tough it out for the entire four movements.
Unfortunately, I'm too busy with the rest of my college band repertoire to be able to take band this semester, but I have a friend who just did a couple movie themes in his band for a final concert

For me, they're never hard...
BTW, I'm not sure about the final concert, But my orchestra is playing in a festival. We're playing Dark Catacombs, mabey(sp?) Knight's Quest, Concerto Grosso, and Russian Sailor's Dance.

For our concert, we played:
1. Pandora 2. Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Rings 3. Heaven's Light 4. Sun Dance 5. Gathering of the Ranks at Hebron
I'm not sure about 1/2, but a recording for 4 is at manhattanbeachmusic.com. I can't remember 3/5 because I had to use google. They're out there somewhere, though.
