Chao- Full Moon and Madoka are to endorse shampoo products in order to get them recognize by the public. Many bands and singers sell their songs to commercial companies to get money so they can make more music. Some people would consider this "selling out" since their song may turn into a jingle.

I don't think that Full Moon and Madoka sold themselves out. I think that it is good that they tried to be in a commercial. That way they could be recognised by more people.
