In the title of your quest thread plus have [Pocky Flavor] and [Type of custom].
There are 3 types of customs that you may go for.
:: Basic Custom :: - Your choice of Pocky Flavor. (Nothing may be specified except the flavor.)
:: Semi-Custom :: - The above, along with what your pocky boy's child form looks like.
:: Complete Custom :: - The above, along with what your pocky boy's bishie form looks like.

Details on your pocky flavor.
For Semi-Customs, provide the following for your pocky's child stage. For Complete Customs, provide 2 of the following for your pocky's child stage and bishie stage respectively.
