I think that in the manga it was only Scar trying to protect his brother. And, Winry could get no revenge on a dead man... so he took the blame for it...

I also think that there is a small chance it will be brought up again... Winry seems to be at a calm about it now...

*shrug* But, hey, that is my opinion.

Woah... this is so confusing. @_@ So.... will we Ever know which one it was?

No people! Scar's brother did not kill Winry's parents! See look,that is the person who killed them! I doubt that it is Scar's brother.I mean look at the body shape and everything,scar is much more bigger the his older brother.So that cant be his brother.

Even tho as much as I hate to admit it he did kill them...I have another pic from the manga aswell.Winry is asking Scar if her killed her parents,and he does not deny it,so he did.Take a look

Then why would Scar think, "Brother!!!" when Ed asked, "Do you remember killing hose two doctors?!?"

Ah, I just read that and I think I figured out why.... It was a begining of a flash back because of the way (Spoiler: Ed protected Winry and it triggered it. I don't know all of what happened, but I read that bit and that's what I think it was.

Wrong it wasn't roy who killed him but marco and some of the soldiers.

Actually in the Anime it /was/ Roy who killed winerys parents. Marcoh just stopped Roy from killling himself. I think they show it in the episode where Ed and Roy fight each other. Either that one, or the one after that. Im not quiet sure.
