Whimpering lightly, Kirgha let out a small cry. When she felt his arm around her, pulling her closer it softly stopped as she nuzzled herself against him as close as she could. "Sorry..." She sniffled lightly, moving her head as she glanced up with a small blush. "Thanks Jasper.." She licked his cheek and pulled herself away, moving slightly close to the structure. "Do I really have to climb it... you might kinda... have to push me up a little..." Lifting her paw, she reached for a hold while swallowing hard to push herself up.

With a moments hesitation Jasper could feel his cheeks fill with warmth, the area she'd licked tingling in a sort of pain for the loss of contact... confusion over came his mind once more and began his thoughts spirling with questions. luckily all it took was a look at Kirgha stepping forward that managed to snap him out of it. Reaching forward with one paw he rested it gently on her back and playfully pushed "That can be arranged!" letting loose a chuckle he pushed again "and I told you... I'll catch you if you fall!" He half ducked at the last comment knowing it probably wasn't the best thing to say right now.

Kirgha wasn't at all enthusiastic about that. "Don't say it! It's scary enough up here!" Upon saying that she wasn't even a fourth of the way up yet and she was already panicking the further she climbed. Reaching toward a ledge, she nearly fell, slipping and only just barely catching herself on another foothold. She let out a yelp, shaking horribly until she finally emerged to the top. "Don't ever make me do that again!" She cried out, backing as far away from the edge as she could with wide eyes.

It had taken the two a good hour or so to reach the top the sun was already beginning its descent in the sky and still not a cloud to be seen. He'd stayed close behind Kirgha with each climb and caught a stray paw occasionally to keep her going, on his own the first time it had seemed to take less time but he figured that was down to his super adventurous ways. Each of her mumbles had caused him to chuckle under his breath and at her out burst on the top he couldn't help but fling his head back with a rumbled laugh. "But then how will we get down? c'mon..." Lifting himself up onto the platform he walked forward to the tip and left the breeze ruffle his fur, glancing out at the beautiful view.
Upon looking left and right it was apparent what had made him think of her when finding this place, it was a reasonable size platform with a amazing view of most of the isle. To one side you could see most of the forests and water holes, tiny specks for lions and dragons below and on the other the beach and far into the blue seas that surrounded. The sun glistening down into the water and shimmering the colors into a rainbow deep under the surface.

It hadn't been easy to try and get Kirgha up there, she slipped and almost fell at least twice, and the whole way was whimpering about the climb. After making it to the top with her screech, she moved closer to Jasper, hiding her face against him as she shook slightly. She didn't want to move from her spot, she nearly hated him for making her come all this way and yet she didn't want to move away from him. With blinking eyes, she watched Jasper move and only slightly followed, her eyes wide to the scene below them. "Jasper..." She slightly cooed, her eyes peeled on the sight.

Bringing his tail up he wrapped it around his friend, smiling and peering down at the sight before turning to her and looking a little concerned "If your scared we can go, I just..." He stopped. Nice words where flying through his mind wanting to tell her what motioned him to think of her, the beauty of it all. Jasper wouldn't admit that he found the spot and automatically thought of her, without knowing what exactly he felt, the ever increasing warmness in his cheeks when she nuzzled into him or the increase in his heartbeat when they played. There was always an excuse but up here after the long and moan filled climb, the time it took and the company he held he couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment. He did something nice for someone else despite her protests and he was happy to share this amazing sight with just as an amazing friend.
"I just..." He repeated urging himself to say the words his mind was now screaming at him to burst out.

Kirgha was watching the horizon, nearly lost in the trance when she heard his stammering. Tilting her head back over her shoulder, she pulled her eyes away from the scene. Reluctantly she moved from the edge closer to him. "What is it Jasper?" She was now sitting in front of him, facing him with a confused look on her face.

"I just.. Well I just thought of you." He shrugged and brushed off the pending thick scene, friends thought of each other right? "I came up here on my own and I saw this and I thought of you..." He Sighed, he was telling himself this was simple, he was exploring, he found this place and he wanted to show her. All the excitement of the day was starting to wear off as his cheeks blushed an off red color, it must of been hotter up here that when they were climbing, but at least Kirgha didn't look too angry at him for dragging her up here... There was an up side.

"You thought of me?" She blinked a bit, her head swiveling around to take in the scenery around them, all the trees, the horizon.. everything was so beautiful. That couldn't be right, could it? Jasper didn't think of her as pretty... it had to be something else. Shaking her head a bit, "I don't understand. This is nothing like me.. is it? I mean.. everything is so pretty.. and breathtaking and... I'm not any of those things... am I?" Her eyes lifted to glance at him. Half of her was hoping he'd say yes, but the other half... well, she knew the truth and could never hope for that much.

As the sweat began to form on his brow he looked around at the scene once more, it was beautiful he had to admit was that why he'd thought of her? He didn't give most things more than a light thought he'd just sprung excitedly to his feet the only thing he wanted was to show her without a clue why. "I guess so" He swayed his tail a little aggravated at the parry that moved the moment back to this and walked back to the climbing side of the cliff. "I'm hungry, want to go catch some lunch?" He was bored of this conversation and it made him feel weird plus... he was hungry.

Kirgha listened to him with a tilt of her head. Of course, the latter of the two thoughts had to be right. It did make her a mild bit disappointed though. However, she didn't let the thought phase her, she couldn't, it was Jasper after all. Stepping closer to him, her eyes drifted down the cliff, her whole body shivered at the thought of going down again. "Leaving so soon?" She felt like they had just got up there, especially with how long it took to get up that high in the first place. But in the end she knew this was just like him. Sliding close she felt her own stomach rumble.. well, she guessed she was hungry too. "I'll beat you down this time!" She giggled and began shifting her weight to the rocks, maneuvering herself quickly so she wouldn't think about it this time.

Jasper had expected another girly question but when nothing came he let out a sigh of relief and looked back towards her only to be met by moving Kirgha. Apparently she was going to beat him down? No such luck, he'd done this more than once and he wasn't scared! Wait she was scared before... Shrugging he let it go just another silly girl thing he figured and hastily began to bound down after, only holding back to land safely on the smaller edges in the large structure "Who ever lands last is catching Dinner!"
The two carried on their way down in a bundle of giggles and taunts, Kirgha being the victor and Jasper demanding she cheated, after all she had a head start. But as the two once again laughed it off they went caught them selfs some dinner and settled down by the lake, after a lengthy play, to rest of the aches of the day. Snuggled together the two stayed out that night, huddled for warmth during the cold night only waking up enough to twitch occasionally.
Just another day in the life of Jasper and Kirgha.
