A bit about you: I'm seventeen, and a senior in high school. I go to a small, catholic, college prep school in the suburbs, so most of my peer group is fairly...well, shell-shocked that I am thinking of enlisting instead of going directly to college. I'm very musical and artistic (quite left-brained) and am fluent in French, and currently learning Spanish and Japanese as well. I play drumset, guitar, and piano. I've got ADD, if you couldn't tell by the way my intro is jumping around, haha.

A bit about you: I was stationed on an aircraft carrier for 2 years, where I met my husband. I was discharged from the Navy for medical reasons; the ship's surgeon botched an operation on my spine seven months ago, and then was unavailable for follow-ups (convienently). I was discharged without further medical treatment, which led me to write to my congressmen, putting the boat under investigation. Me, as a person, I'm pretty easy-going, often called a hippie. I'm a big outdoor's woman and I work in a piercing/tattoo parlor.

A bit about you: Everyday is a challenge. Not because my job is hard, but because most of the people I have to work with are very bad at life and need to be beaten near death with one of their own appendages.

I build computers, race in auto-X, run marathons, play video games, go to college and trade stocks/mutual funds in my free time.

I've deployed 3 times in support of OIF/OEF/CJTF-HOA and twice for disaster relief after hurricanes Dennis and Katrina. I've been TDY countless other times for random stuff and military education.

Occupationally I'm a maintenance person and I've had the privilege of working on 6 airframes. I have no more room left to grow in the technical aspect of my job and plan on cross training after I complete my short tour (Osan, I'm eyeballin' you!).

A bit about you: I joined the MP core on August of 08, and was shipped off to Ft Leonard wood for Basic and AIT. I graduated in January of 09 and was sent off to Ft Lewis WA for my first duty station, and thats were i went and still currently on my first deployment to Operation Iraqi freedom.
