[♪ - ♫] Name: Aurora Guardian: Lucille Sweet (Sora_Hanaki) Gender: Female
Personality: Aurora is a sweet child whose imagination is a bit wild and is curious to discover new things. When curiosity strikes her, she tends to approach it in an optimistic manner, with a bit of stealth to make sure she can advance without anything or anybody noticing her, to discover what the new thing is. Once she discovers what the thing her little mind is curious about, she tends to show it Lucille to show her what she learned. Sometimes if it’s something she likes a lot, she tries to convince Lucille to let her keep it and often, Lucille consents to letting Aurora keep her little new-found treasure. Cheerful and content, this is the state that you can expect Aurora to be in… for most of the time. She dislikes being upset because she thinks that it gets other people around her upset as well. With that thought in mind, she tries her best to be in a happy mood so the others around will be happy to. If she finds a troubled person, she tries to help them get in a happier mood by using her cheerful attitude and cute looks. She often finds people frightening, other than Lucille, so she is habitually found hiding behind Lucille when she meets new people out in the streets. Upon meetings that Lucille set up for Aurora, she tries to hide behind Lucille but is pushed forward to greet the new person. She starts by stumbling backwards to avoid the person, but is persuaded by Lucille to present herself to them. Slowly, she begins to get used to the new people and liking them. Aurora is an obedient little girl because of Lucille’s teachings on manners and respect. She was taught to be polite and respectful to others, but sometimes she doesn’t take that into consideration or forgets and is blunt towards people she is talking with. One thing that she dislikes is getting in trouble because she hates it when Lucille scolds her so it resulted with her being more responsible… even though sometimes she forgets and makes Lucille worry about her. Her room is like her little grotto where she keeps her collection of treasures. She tries to keep things nice and clean so that she can tell where she puts her treasures. On a bookshelf she keeps next to her closet, one of the cleanest places in her room is where she keeps her collection. She tends to stare at it time to time and likes to keep it the cleanest so she can show it off to Lucille or her friends. One thing that she has on the top is her silver flute. She had it ever since she was adopted by Lucille and it is her most prized possession. She plays the flute daily to entertain herself, Lucille, and various animals around her. She loves the sound of her wind instrument because it makes a particular tone that she is familiar with.
Three Physical traits: Skin – A pale peach color Hair – Golden-blonde hair that is tied up in high, braided pigtails with short straight bangs and chin-length side bangs that caress her face Eyes – Honey brown eyes Clothing – A white blouse edged with lace/frills with a light pink jumper dress. On the dress, there is a little bow in the front under the bosom and the dress flares out till it reaches the knees. Underneath the dress, there is a layer of lace/frills. A pair of white classic Mary Janes to go with the dress and pink ribbons for her pigtails. Special item – A silver flute that she’s had ever since she’s been with Lucille.

The Story of Emmeline
Emmeline, the daughter of a poor storekeeper, was a sickly young lady who lived with her older brother, Jacob, that took care of her since their father had just passed away from Tuberculosis and her mother had passed away after childbirth. Even so, though she was always sick, she managed to keep her hopes up and wished for the best to come. Emmeline was quite known in the town for being one of the prettiest and kindest at heart. She did not boast about it much since she was of the poorer families in the town and could not brag about it without bringing shame to her family’s honor.
Emmeline shared a close bond with her older brother, Jacob, and he even took her under his house when he found out that his father left Emmeline to fend off for herself. To repay back her brother, she promised him that she would get better and find a way to change their way of life in the terms of money. To do this, she continued to learn to play her flute and perform on the streets for a way of making money. Even though Jacob disapproved of this, she still sustained for all she wanted was to live a nice life with Jacob.
On a cold winter day of December, Emmeline had left home early in the morning to do her routine of playing little pieces of music with her flute to entertain the people in the streets. After she got settled down in her usual spot in the center of the marketplace, she began to play a piece, a soft and soothing one to begin the day. She was in the middle of her performance when a man in a charcoal-black trench coat and a top hat approached her. He took of his hat and bowed to greet her. He complimented on the song she had just played, telling her it was a beautiful piece. Emmeline stared up from her music score, she found it strange at first since it was the first time someone approached her while she was playing. She ended her song and commenced on a conversation with the stranger by thanking him.
He introduced himself as Alexander H. Lane, hoping that he could get to know Emmeline better for he wanted to invite her to tea. Taking her to the nearest café, Mr. Lane asked if she could find a beautiful piece of music and play it at his garden meeting at the end of the week. Emmeline first looked undecided, she couldn’t figure out if it was a good thing to do or not. Mr. Lane caught the expression on her face before she had a chance to change and suddenly bribed her with money that she could use to support her and her brother’s living expenses for a long time. Hearing his offer and being persuaded by it quickly, she answered that she would get the most beautiful song to play for him with her flute at his garden meeting. Mr. Lane was surely satisfied with the answer of Emmeline and left her his address info.
Emmeline quickly ran home to tell her beloved brother the chance she got to get money for them. When she arrived home, she pounced at the opening to get her brother to sit down and talking with her. Ecstatic with joy, she told Jacob about how Mr. Lane is paying her to play a piece of music at his mansion. Jacob jumped up as he heard the news, the first word that came out of his mouth was no. She began to argue with him on why he said no. Jacob said that he did want her going out and looking for music to play and that it was dangerous, fearing that something would harm her when she was out on her own. Emmeline decided that she didn’t need her brother’s permission, so grabbing her bag, the money she made that day and her flute, she left her home to travel.
Throughout the years when Emmeline was performing out in the streets, she heard various rumors about a famous composer named Feardoc who composed the most beautiful pieces anyone has ever heard. So she thought she would actually try to find this Feardoc and see if he could write a song for her. Most rumors that she heard said that he lived in a mansion that was two towns away, which would mean that it would be a few day’s walk if she traveled by foot. As she walked down the street from her home, she bumped into florist who was bringing deliveries of flowers in the same direction and asked if she could catch a ride close to the town where Feardoc lived. The florist replied telling her that the closest he’d get would be more than halfway there, but she would have to walk or an alternate source of transportation.
The wagon pulled by a single horse approached the town swiftly; Emmeline quickly got off and said her good-byes. She held on to her bag and the flute case tightly, fearing that someone would rob her on her the voyage. She made it to the town that Feardoc lived in about a day after. She began asking the townsfolk where his mansion and they answered that it was located at the end of town, close to the Black Woods. Enlightened with the info, she began her lonely walk.
Black gates wrapped in dead vines stood in front of Emmeline. She sneaked closer to the gates to examine where the lock was, but there was none. Fearlessly, she ran up to the doors, and pulled with all her might. With a loud creaking of the massive doorway, she entered quietly, trying not to bother anyone, but looking around, she saw no one. The entire place was quiet and looked like no had lived there for years. As she looked around, she saw a door on the left side of the room that looked like it led to a basement downstairs. She began to call out to see if anyone was home as she headed towards the door, and slowly walking down them, she entered the basement.
The basement looked different than everything upstairs, someone had been living here. She called out Feardoc’s name, but there came no reply. Suddenly, a hand gripped her shoulder tightly and made her jump. She rapidly turned around to face the stranger. She asked if he was Feardoc and his answer was yes. She immediately clung to him, asking him if he could produce a composition to play at a grand meeting. His face began stony and repulsed. A stern no was her reply to the question, and also telling her to get out of his mansion. Emmeline took out her flute to prove that she needed a composition to play and that his was the most beautiful. Bugging him out of his wits, Feardoc grabbed her flute and impaled her through her abdomen. Emmeline, shocked and confused, tumbled backwards and fell to the ground on her back. Laying there with blood leaking out of her wound, she reflected on her actions and wished that she had listened to Jacob. As she was dying, she slowly called out her brother’s name.
