Clan Listing and Information
Kekkei Genkai (血継限界; Literally meaning "a technique limited to inheritance by blood" or "Bloodline Limit") are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. Kekkei Genkai and their related jutsu can't be taught or copied by others, but it is possible to confer the ability to another person if it's localized in a particular organ like the eyes via organ transplant, e.g. Obito passing his Sharingan to Kakashi, although Kakashi has to use extra chakra. Kekkei Genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called Dōjutsu. Other kekkei genkai include mixing one type of elemental chakra with another, creating a new one unique to the users, which is usually impossible for normal ninja. These traits can also be passed down through people outside of the clan, such as Yamato and Danzō going through Orochimaru's DNA re-modification to acquire the Wood Release, though theirs are not nearly as powerful as the original practitioner, Hashirama Senju. Also, Kekkei Genkai can be preserved through the creation of Human Puppets, where they retain the special traits of the users when they were still alive. It's also possible for a ninja to have more than one Kekkei Genkai. A Kekkei Genkai should not be confused with Hiden jutsu. Hiden jutsu are exclusive to a certain person or clan, but only because they have kept others from learning how to perform those jutsu.
Below is a list of clans with the guild. These clans are the only clans that can be used when creating a role-play character. If you have a clan idea you must submit your idea to at least two mods and have both mods approve your clan.

Users of the blood line can only be in the 'ghost' form for a few seconds (One post) and can only do it three times per battle or mission •
Users of this clan cannot pass through a barrier created by a Kazuhara •
Users cannot attack anyone when they are there 'ghost' form •

The user become intangible for a short period of time (One post). » Rei - Chein [Ghost Chain]
This jutsu is a very helpful jutsu that allows the user to hold someone else and also make them intangible, but it will only work as long they remain in contact. If the person that is touch the source touches someone else, they two will become intangible. But unlike the Ghost form the user can stay in that form for 3 turns, the maximum amount. Also there is a flaw, all people in the chain other then the source must exert chakra to keep the chain functioning, past them. Special Technique:» » Clan Leader

Akira Itoshii, known to be very skilled and a well trained tactician, he was often called upon only in times of war or for council. He amongst those he fought alongside he was seen an edge master, capable of wielding any weapon without even needing to lay a hand on it. Upon his retirement he found that very few in his family could perform like he has done thus he trained them in his ways before folding into seclusion. Those who would carry on the Itoshii name and bare children in it were baptized in this strange art. Though the name Itoshii is translated as Lovely, very rarely do they display such. They may believe their art of fighting and their Jutsu to be a rather beautiful style, some say that they can come off as a bit brutal and chaotic. For that, they are often the first to enter combat and the last to leave. It has been said that all you will ever need is one Itoshii Shinobi within your unit and victory is near certin, two is over doing it.
Being able to attack and defend simultaneously gives them a tactical advantage and low casualties amongst their own and their allies Shinobi. Their Telekinetic prowess is the physical reflection of the phrase "Mind over Matter". It is a trait that has made them very unique and very useful. However, abuse of such a trait will indefinite cause not only physical and mental harm to one's self but those near. If the Itoshii were to abuse their traits then they would be labeled broken minded or simply "The Broken". Once this occurs, then they must be dealt with for only deaths embrace will ease their pain. In the History of the Itoshii Clan, only one individual has found a way to bypass his fate or at the very least survive it which in fact is the very reason he now leads them to this day.
Rules
• Move objects that are near you without touching them
• Can wield an almost infinite amount of weapons at once
• An Itoshii clan member can stop a Ichiban clan member from physical contact with a simple push or pull maneuver.

You can only move the object if you know its location •
Take a tremendous amount of focus •
If object is more then twice your size and weight it is unmovable •
An Itoshii clan member cannot stop a Sato clan member when they become intangible •

Telekinetic pull several bladed weapons into the are and cause them to orbit the individual like that of a protective barrier that also counts towards other offensive attributes. » Ken-Arashi [Blade Storm]
By using a bladed edged weapon such as a windmill Shiruken, the user can cause a tornado effect simply by throwing the weapon in the direction of his/her opponent. The tornado in itself can cut skin due to its rapid movement as well as cause those affected by it to be struck by the item(s) used to conduct the jutsu. » Doteki Chikara [Kinetic Force]
This jutsu can be incorporated into Taijutsu by using ones telekinesis they may strike objects or individuals in their way to cause an excessive amount of force without the need of strength. However, once active the user can no longer deliberately control the path of objects. » Taisan [Disperse]
Because of their inability to move objects much bigger than themselves, this technique was created to make an object move away from itself; causing it to split into peaces. Special Technique:» Oshi [Push]

DoutokuKazuhara Clan The Kazuhara, bloodline was created by a woman named Kouki Kazuhara, who was known as a great priestess that left her faith to become a ninja. While in the priestess profession, Kouki learned very impressive maneuvers with she used in the ninja would. These moves couldn't be copied, due to the fact that beginning a priestess was something past through blood. She soon learned that she could cast force-fields or barriers with the help of ancient relics, an ability that she because of her noble blood with lead back to the first shamen in history. She soon began round up her family members and tall them of this unique ability, and so began to legend of Kazuhara clan. Rules
• Users of the bloodline can use one hand seals.
• Sato Clan members cannot pass through a barrier cast by a Kazuhara
• Fuuinjutsu (Sealing Jutsu) rankings go up my one, so E's are as strong as D's and so on and so forth

Users of this bloodline can not bind someone and attack while still binding that person •
User must be in range to case a bind an opponent or object •
Members of Kazuhara Clan can not have a bijuu •
A Ichiban Clan member has the ability to destroy a barrier cast by a Kazuhara •

By projecting there chakra they are able to make a barrier, which can block, or restrict somethings movement. Note, this barrier must be completely closed » Buryoku - Hara [Force - Field]
By projecting there chakra they are able to make a force-field, which can block an attack, but be warned if the attack is a jutsu, you must put equal or more chakra into your shield in order to block it. Note, this force-field most not be a closed form. » Sekisho Houmen [Force release]
One of the most basic, but important techniques after being able to case a barrier, is being able to release it. There are multiple ways of releasing the barrier, but this is the safes way. Because of the barriers high chakra it can explode if enough focus and chakra is maintained, this technique allows the users to drain the chakra out which returns half of the chakra used to create it. SoshiYouso Clan The history of the Youso clan dates back to long before the construction the Village Hidden Beneath the Grave. The Youso clan was found by a very unique man, known as Junn-sen Masaki and although he was the start of the clan it was his children that became famous among the clan. Junn-sen had four children and legend said that each of his children could manipulate a certain element. These children at a young again master the element, but soon realized that when they faced one another for there fathers approval they soon realized they had came to stalemate. The results happened numerous times and ended up driving a wedge between the family. They soon split, leaving there house and separating as an attempt to gather more people. After there separation they multiplied, growing large groups and after years of separation they rejoined to have another battle, and although the battle was large scale the result still ended the same, a stalemate. After the battle they decided to become the Youso clan once again, putting a side there past disaggregation. Rules
• User's natural element must be the element that they can manipulate
• Boost user power for that element type jutsu by one
• Your first elemental alignment must be Neutral or a Special then your second must be the element that your manipulate

Restrictions
Users of this clan can only use one element, any attempts to experiment with mixing will cause loss of abilities or death •
Users can only use there abilities three times per fight so be cautious •
Any element jutsu that isn't your element becomes one rank weaker when used. So C rank has D rank power and so on and so forth •

Saiwan - TouzokuIchiban Clan The Ichiban clan was discover by a woman named, Yuuki Ichiban. She was said to be a witch of sorts, having the ability to use others abilities with a simple touch. This ability was originally a forgotten jutsu that was locked away, it was said that once the jutsu was used that it was impossible to be used again. Yuuki was born into the last clan that knew the forgotten jutsu, but something about her was different. Because of her ancestors use of this jutsu for over thousands of years a bleeding affect was given off. She was the first of the generation who had the ability to copy a clans ability without the use of a jutsu or a complete loss of abilities. Soon because of this the forgotten jutsu that allowed the Ichiban clan members become truly forgotten. [Continuing Story Soon] Rules
• Weakens opponents ability (Takes one post of use time)
• Allows you to use an clan ability as long as you have contact with a member of that clan
• A Ichiban Clan member has the ability to drain a Kazuhara's barrier, but they must have physical contact with the barrier

Ability thief only works for 5 minutes (Two post) •
After beginning used the ability must be recharged with takes 10 minutes (Four post) •
You cannot copy two abilities at a time, one and only one •
The clans restricts becomes your own while using there ability •
A Ichiban member ability can be blocked by a member of the Itoshii Clan • Jutsu:» Gikei [Blood Copy]
This move allows the user to copy the bloodline ability of a person. The user must have physical contact, touching clothing or something that is touching them does not count. » Chishio Mizo [Blood Drain]
This jutsu lets the user drain the ability of someone they come into contact with. It doesn't let you copy the move, jutsu lower the amount of time they can use it by one post, if the user can only use it for one post then it blocked for there next post. Must have physical contact with target. » Chishio Kazou [Blood Addition]
This jutsu lets the user add a little more time to the length of someone else bloodline ability (Two post added). The user of the jutsu much have direct contact with the target after casting the jutsu and must say in range of person who they cast it on. Special Technique:» » Clan Leader

Ayatsuri Seishi Clan ( Clan Information ) Rules
• This allows the user to take control of actual people as if they were puppets
• When some is taken as a puppet there eyes become glassy and change to chakra color of the person controlling them
• Ability can only be used twice during battles and three times on missions

The puppeteer must keep there chakra level matched with the level of the puppet at all times or the ability will not work •
