Sooo...I think I have missed my period this month.
I have never had sex before and I am on the pill [for cramps and acne].
I have done stuff with guys though. but the last time i really have was back in October or November. Around 5 months ago.
It was my ex and he would always get on top of me and basically have sex with me with our clothes on...but he never came.

So....say you had sex with a guy 4 months ago...and every month since then you have had your period up until now and you have missed one. Is it possible for you to be pregnant from something that happened 4 months ago??

I'm just wondering on that question. Mine is would it be possible to be pregnant from what happened with me and my ex 4 months ago..[the story I explained above]. Or is just a common missed period.

I read on a website that: Missing a period does not always mean that you are pregnant. If you do miss a period, think about how likely a pregnancy is. Also consider the risks related to continuing birth control pills. Pregnancy is more likely:

in the first few months of Pill use
if you missed taking any Pills
if you are taking another medication (especially antibiotics)
if you have been sick (vomiting and/or diarrhea)

and I actually did have diarrhea a couple days ago.

Yes, it would be possible to be pregnant from something that happened a few months ago even if you have had a normal period in the past few months, but it's not too likely. Most women stop getting their period when they get pregnant, but some women do seem to get a normal period in the first few months.

However, it's pretty near impossible for you to be pregnant from what you described.

It's possible to get pregnant without having sex, but it doesn't happen too often, and it's almost impossible for it to happen with your clothes on. You can only get pregnant when you're wearing clothing if semen soaks all the way through your clothes and comes in contact with your v****a.

Also, if you're taking the pill every day and at the same time every day, you're about 99% protected against pregnancy even if a man ejaculates directly in your v****a.

So I highly doubt you're pregnant, but you can take a pregnancy test now just to be sure. It's pretty common to miss a period or have a late period though. Irregular periods are especially common in younger women. Stress, diet, weight loss, and certain medications can also interfere with your period.

Ok. That's what I thought.
And I am pretty sure it didn't soak through.
Because he didn't even c** and there wasn't enough pre c**.
Plus...he always said that it kind of hurt to do that...
so I don't know why he did.

And I was reading somewhere else that while you are on the pill your period can become so light that you don't even notice you have it and it might just be like a brown spot on your underwear, pad, or tampon.
And I remember like last week or maybe two weeks ago...whenever I wiped it was always kind of a tannish color. [That might have been too much information...but oh well]. So now I'm thinking that I might have gotten it and may not have noticed. Becuase that happened right around the time I was supposed to get it.

I'm probably making this a bigger deal than it really is.
But getting pregnant before I'm ready is my biggest fear in life.
I saw Knocked Up and it seriously scared the crap out of me.

If you're scared to get pregnant and/or can't handle a pregnancy at this point in your life, educate yourself! Find out what will and won't get you pregnant. See what kinds of things you can do with your partner without actually having intercourse. Learn about birth control in case you ever decide to use it. Learn about your body and how it works (the Menstruation Subforum is a great place if you have period-related questions).

All of these things will help to prepare you for when (or if) you ever decide to have sex. In the meantime, this sticky might have some useful or helpful information for you. 3nodding
