The Colosseum

"I am Manager Shem..." "And I am Manager Harken."
"We're in charge of this place!" "So don't cheat or screw up when we're around!"
"That said, welcome to the Colosseum." "Hn. I hope you have what it takes."
"Spectators, please head through on the right..." "...And you combatants, take the left!"

Built deep in the mountain, the Colosseum is a considerable chamber without a roof, the sky visible and the elements of sun, rain, snow and wind able to enter the Colosseum floor. The Colosseum is oval-shaped with tiers of stone benches rise up for spectators, able to hold several hundred people. Flags and tapastries hang from the walls, bright crimson with a gold Knight emblem.
A twelve-foot high wall surrounds the main floor, where twenty-four man battles can be hosted. Two rows of six pillars dominate the middle section, providing cover for combatants. The ground is stone covered with a thick layer of sand and loose pebbles. There are six doorways with wrought-iron bars on either side of the floor, leading to six independant rooms where combatants, singly or in teams, await their chance to shine.
