Hello Khadorans, right now i don't get a chance to play that much so when i get back on it ill be here posting all the comments i can.
The main reason people don't use winterguard iswith all the other options they are not the best choice for most armies. I have two full squads and the unit attachments, but i don't use them.I generally play a Butcher army and they don't survive very long in an aggresive army.

Lol I remember playing a guy one time who had 2 units of snipers which he promptly set up in a 3 foot tall building right in the center of the map and pinged EVERYBODY! (It was a 2v2) I think he even took out some of his team-mates army just because he could and nobody could get even close beacuse by the time that we started climbing the tower he had his huntsman (I think thats the name) and his two devestators kick the living bejesus out of us smile

winter guard is good if you go full hog with them.
Kovnik Joe, and unit attachment are a must, if you want winter guard.
widowmakers, pirate where eyepatch apprently improves aim.

I have a 10 man squad with an Officer and Standard and planning on adding some Rocketeers. I also have Kovnik Josef Grigorovich thhat follows them. The winterguard are great fun and are quite good with combined ranged attacks.

My main is Kommander Harkevich and a recent list I havebeen trying out with him is Harkevich, Spriggan, Juggernaut, Greylord Turnion, and then add either full Winter Guard with attatchment and Kovnik Joe and a War Dog or Small squad of shocktroopers and small squad of Demolition Corps and War Dog. 25 Point List.
