Minerva wandered through the woods with a smile. She was looking for someone to mess with, someone to pull tricks on and to get to do things for her. She wondered who she might run into this time to pull things on. She jumped onto a rock, then onto a fallen tree and up onto a tree branch. She looked around for someone and saw a bird. She ran over to the bird and pounced on it with a grow. The bird wasn't fully dead yet as she played with it. She laughed at it a little as the bird squawked in pain as she pulled out some feathers. She giggled a little and then killed it, leaving it on the branch and walking off. She didn't like the taste of birds as much as she liked mice and rabbits. She sat on another branch and looked around for someone to play with.

 Mornenion had wandered into the forest in search of something to do. he had been staying by a river, but decided that it was time for him to explore his surroundings more. he looked at all the trees and the plants, astonished at how big everything was. he was trying to walk as best he could, but his darn shell kept him from moving very fast. he stopped by a rock to rest for a while. he sat down and pulled his leggs and head as far into his shell as he could leaving his snout and feet sticking out he fell off into a light sleep.

Minerva saw some little blue thing waddle up towards her tree and settle down by the rock. What the heck was wrong with that Dragonfly? She giggled to herself softly and jumped down the few branches and onto the log quietly. She stepped onto the rock next to the thing and, lifting her head she tried to see its face. She couldn't see anything so she walked onto its...well shell she assumed, and stood on it. She popped her head over the side to where the other Dragonfly's face was and looked at him. "What the heck are you? Some deformed rock and dragonfly or what?" She asked none too politely as she poked his nose.

Mornenion awoke with a start surprised to see the young face of another dragonfly looking in at him. "um, high." he listened to her question wondering if she ment to be rude. "im a dragonfly, just like you!" he pulled out of his shell and stood up. he looked the new dragonfly over with interest. she did not look like a normal dragonfly, but then again he had not seen many. so weather she was normal or not was not for him to decide.

Minerva looked at him as he stood up. As he moved she didn't feel balanced and she growled. "Be careful you stupid oaf! I'm still ontop of you!" she said as she jumped off him. "I could have hurt my self!" She said with a growl as she shook her self, fluffing her fur. "What are you doing here?" she asked looking at him again. From infront of him she could see him better and he looked like th turtles she chased by the rivers...but why did he look like a turtle? "And what is your name? My name is Minerva." She said. She wondered if he was as stupid as he looked and if she could get him to do anything for her.

mornenion blushed a little. "im sorry, you must not weigh much, i did not notice that you were on me. and i don't think you would have hurt yourself its not that far from my back to the ground." he smile politely. "oh, and my name is Mornenion. its nice to meet you Minevra." he slowly nodded his head. "oh, and im just here to enjoy the forest. i spend most of my time by the river so its nice to have some change every once and a while." he was happy to have met someone new, but something about her made him a bit uneasy. mabey it was the was she was talking to him. well, he was just happy that he had someone to talk to at all.

Minerva snorted at him a little as she stifled a giggle. What a silly name. "Well i see why you live in the water, with that shell i'm sure you could just float on it all day and not have to move your big butt." She said as she looked at the other dragonfly. She wondered what she could get him to do for her...Food? Minerva was starting to feel very hungry. "Would you like to come hunting with me? I'd like some help catching something. I'm so hungry that i'll probably need some help getting the food so i can eat." She said with a smile. She was going to try to use this little lump for anything she could.

it took Mornenion a moment to realize that she had just dissed him. "well, yes swimming is easy." he stopped and tried to look over his shell at his rear end. "and as for my but i'm afraid that i have never seen it, so i'm just going to have to take your word for it being big." he smiled and nodded slowly to Minevra. "and as to finding food i'm afraid i'm not much of a hunter. walking is hard enough for me let alone trying to chase something." he scratched the ground blushing again, ashamed that he could not hunt like other dragonflies. "but, um, i can fish, or i'm good at digging up river clams if that interests you. it is always good to try new things."

She looked at him and snorted again in laughter. "Trust me your butt is big." She said as she yawned bored. "And i guess fish is ok. Do you think you can get me some of those?" She asked as she raised her eyebrow and looked at him. She shook out her fur and glanced at him with a sigh looking impatient.

mornenion was really conserned of his butt size now. "oh, well id rather have a big butt than no butt at all." he smiled as he listened to minerva."ok, well the river is this way." he got up and started to walk slowly down the path he had come from. his shell made it very difficult for him to move much faster than...well a turtle. he was sad to leave the forest, but happy that he was able to return to the river, because he could move much faster in the water and was quite a strong swimmer.
