HostName: Alcee Valdez (Ahl-chay)
Sex: Hermaphrodite (prefers to be considered male)
Race: Human
Occupation: Haitian priest/ganglord
Nationality: Haitian/French
Age: 22
Brief Summary:
Physical Description: Alcee stands a sturdy height of 5'11" with dark chocolate skin and a handsome rather than beautiful face with high cheekbones and a strong jawline. He has big unnerving brown eyes and long black hair pulled back in corn-rows and straight-cut bangs that stop just before his eyes. He is rather slim for his height and age, only about 150 pounds, and a bit full-figured in the hips. He doesn't encourage his girlish figure and tends to wear make-up only during rituals and loose fitting clothing.
Personality: Alcee is evil and vindictive. Because of the misogynistic influences of his business and the pressures of his sexual orientation, he has learned to fight and claw and manipulate and blackmail his way to the top. He has turned into something of a spoiled duchess and his ruthless nature has grown dull from being catered to by his loyalists.
Strengths: Charismatic, ambitious, uninhibited, hoodoo displays
Weaknesses: Hubris, insensitive, overbearing

History: (UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Only a jumble of ideas so far.)
Alcee was born in one of many impoverished towns in Haiti. His father was an activist during the 1980's political movement to overthrow the dictatorship. His mother worked at a gaudy hoodoo giftshop for tourists where Alcee learned quickly how to manipulate the ignorant.
In the late 80s, the collapse of the government gave many the opportunity to lead and terrorize the disillusioned. In this world, he grew up to be a salesman for a misrepresented religion, playing a vodun priest for the masses. He had ideas and a vision for the future, divinating to the spirits and ancestors, but in truth he used their fear and tithing for illegal marketing and became an influential gang lord. Those that defied him were found and poisoned with the toxic poison of the puffer fish, destroying their nervous system as they slipped into a coma. Buried alive, some crawled out in an amnesic, delirious and sluggish state. These tactics were many times misconstrued as zombification, giving awesome power to the hoodoo priests and Alcee's movement.
But during the Age of Destruction, Alcee's cult of folklore and ritual grew thin with no answers to the future he promised. Even with violence, the fear of the gods disrupted the power of man and he fled to Louisiana to start his con anew and find fresh answers to the end of this apocalypse.
