Who is this character?
Red hair
Former companion of The Doctor but then he "lost" her
Showed up in Partners In Crime
Is now the companion of The Doctor
Drove her mum's car
Packed for when he came back
Asked her dad to look for a blue box in the sky.
Who is She?

She's Donna Noble, first seen in The Runaway Bride, which was the '06 Christmas special. =D
He didn't really lose her; she asked him to come have Christmas dinner with her family but he didn't.
He invited her to come with him but she said he scared her.
She also told him to find somebody to keep him company or something, 'cuz she saw he was hurting from Rose.

yep that was Noble alright from what i remember the doctor was still upset about losing rose in doomsday
