Sorren: If "clever" is a larger trait than "sweet", Solarie. If the other way around, then Bateau or Oma.

Harvey: The teasing makes me think Bateau. But if he likes the desert a lot, he'll do fine in Solarie, too.
Nayelie: I think Akatsuki is the closest fit, but I'm not 100% on that. You could have her check Kurai too. If neither fits, she could try to start her own tribe, or stay tribeless. (Actually, come to think of it, tribeless sounds like a good option for a fox like her :3 )

Patricia: Kousetsu
Faye: Depends on Lawl--I can see Oma, Kousetsu, or Lunarie for her, though.
Bartimaeus: Can I kidnap him as an Entertainer for Gypsy?

Shroka: Depends on how she views singing--is she really serious about it? If so, Phoenix. Does she do it just for fun? If so, I'm thinking the "calm, eerie, mythical, etc" parts are more important, and so Oma. (Or an Entertainer for Gypsy :p *brick'd* )
Sophia: Define this 'princess complex'. Based on the rest of it, I'm thinking Lunarie or Kousetsu for the calm & lonely, or Solarie for the cunning. (The description of the 'princess complex' may change my mind, though.)
Eirian: I don't have anything that's 100% for her--maybe she could start her own tribe? Otherwise I'm thinking Oma, Bateau, or Solarie for her.
Merriweather: Is her stubbornness such that she'd do better with a more lax elder, or a more firm one? If a lax one, Bamboo, if a firm one, Oma.
Mizelle: Gypsyyyyyyyy :p
Hoshika: Bateau. She can be BFFs with Ianthe :p
